Coffeyville –

Keith George Jackson, 83, of rural Coffeyville, passed away Saturday, November 6, at his home.

He was born May 28, 1927 at Somerset, Pennsylvania to Charles and Sopha (Diller) Jackson.  Mr. Jackson grew up and received his education in Pennsylvania.

He was a veteran of World War II serving in the U.S. Navy.

In 1954 he married Dorothy Hupp.  Following their marriage they made their home in West Virginia.  She preceded him in death.

Mr. Jackson was a truck driver, for Star Craft and Ruan.

He was a member of the World Wide Church of God, and enjoyed hunting, fishing and spending time with his family.

Survivors include four daughters, Sandra Burgess of Florida, Diane Smith of Coffeyville, Linda Hall of Las Vegas, NV, and Debbie Shaddick of West Virginia.; three brothers, Jim Lyons, Pete Lyons and Ronnie Lyons all of Berlin, PA; and seven grandchildren.

He was preceded in death by his parents, one son, Clifford Paul and two granddaughters.

Cremation has taken place and inurnment will take place at a later date in West Virginia.
